Before you buy a Christmas tree in Dubai, you'll first need to determine the type of tree you want. Here are a few quick things to consider before choosing your tree:
- Tree branches that are further apart from each other can hold larger decorations
- Branches that are longer can hold heavier ornaments
- Know the height of your ceiling as you'll need to factor in the tree stand (if you need to get a separate one) and the length of the Christmas tree topper
- If you're going for a real tree, keep an eye out for any sap as this is an indicator of how fresh the tree is. If there are saps, the newer it is
- A nice, real tree should have no bare patches

Artificial Christmas trees are cost-efficient and, as long as you don't buy cheaply manufactured PVC ones, are ecologically friendly. Imitation pine trees can be kept for years and years, require minimal to no maintenance, and don't drop needles.

In addition to imitation trees, Ace Hardware Store stocks real Christmas trees whenever the holiday season hits Dubai. You can purchase real trees from November 25, with pre-order starting on November 18.

By the end of November, Dubai Garden Centre will be having real fir trees available.

A home-grown, family-owned supplier of real Fraser Fir trees all the way from Quebec, Canada. Expect them to be in-stock starting November 26. Starting at AED 520 for a tree between 180 cm to 210 cm, these can be delivered straight to your doorstep.
